Our Review:
Mei_music
This is an 18-page paper, but that's stretching it. Pages are double-spaced and mostly bare.
The writer consumes most of her 18 scant pages telling you personal stories about her music and ear training, without getting to the crux of the matter.
When the "method" finally does come, the writer suggests that you find music pieces in each of the 12 possible tonal keys. When you listen to them long enough, you're supposed to remember the pitches, and voilà: Perfect Pitch.
That's it.
Of course, this approach tags along with many others who try to MEMORIZE pitches with external aids (in this case, associating tones to a musical piece). This will never give you brilliant results.
True Perfect Pitch is a deeper experience of the tones. To achieve it, you have to know the secrets of artful listening.

As our own expert, David Lucas Burge, says:
Perfect Pitch is not the memorization of tones. I found this out personally when I was 14 years old (see "How I Discovered the Secret to Perfect Pitch").
Perfect Pitch cannot be hammered into your brain. Instead, you have to CULTURE your ear's finer sensitivity. You have hear more deeply into the tones.
It will take forever to develop Perfect Pitch if you try to memorize pitches. Even if you improve somewhat, you will never gain the brilliant results you can achieve with proper listening drills.
When you know how to listen, Perfect Pitch becomes easy.
